WORLD BLOOD DONOR DAY & YOUTH RED CROSS UNIT INAUGURATION
To
commemorate the “World Blood Donor Dayâ€
on 14th June 2017, the Blood Bank and Youth Red Cross Unit of
our institution is celebrating World Blood Donor Day and Inauguration of Youth Red Cross Unit, 2017-18 on
13th July 2017 at 3.00
pm in the Decennial Memorial Hall.
Dr. M. Shantharam Shetty, Hon’ble Pro Chancellor of Nitte
University and also District Chairman, Indian Red Cross Society will be the Chief
Guest for the function. Rev. Fr
Richard A. Coelho, Director, FMCI will preside over the programme.
I request the MC / Advisory members, HODs / Course
Coordinators, all the Teaching Staff, Blood Transfusion Committee members,
Students of II MBBS, MLT and BPT to attend this programme.
The HOD’s & Course Coordinator are hereby
requested to instruct the staff to relieve the students at 2.50 pm on the 13th
July 2017, so as to enable them to be present in the hall on
time. The students are expected to occupy their seats in the Decennial Memorial
Hall 5 minutes before the programme begins, i.e, at 2.55 pm.
