Sir Sabaratnam Arul Kumaran , Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology to visit Mangalore on 22nd January 2017

World renowned Professor Sir Sabaratnam Arul Kumaran, Professor of OBG
from St George’s University, London will be visiting Father Muller Medical College
on 22nd
January 2017 at 5.00 pm. He is the past president of the Royal College
of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the International Federation of Gynecologists.
Of the many accolades to his credit, the one that the professor is most proud
of, is being honored as Knight Bachelor in the Queens Birthday Honors list in
June 2009 for his services to medicine.
He is a stalwart who is the primary author of many academic texts
that are used for post graduate teaching like "The management of labor.†A
man of humility and grace, his passion lies in clinical research and post
graduate teaching.
The obstetrics and gynecology departments of all the medical colleges in
Mangalore are all set to be inspired by
him this weekend for the CME - EVOLVE to
be held at Father Muller Medical College Hospital. A stimulating session of
post graduate teaching and discussion is anticipated.
