MASS HEALTH EDUCATION
The students of II year GNM
conducted a mass health education on 4th November 2016 at 3.30 pm in
family psychiatry ward on the topic “Maniaâ€. The programme commenced with a
prayer song. Ms Jovita Coelho welcomed all
those who were present, which was followed by a role play on the theme.
The students explained about mania, its
causes, symptoms and management. Ms Josna Braggs hosted the programme. The
inmates and patient’s family members of male psychiatry and family psychiatry
wards were present. Mrs Jasmine Sarita Vas, Principal, Father Muller School of Nursing,
faculty and ward incharge graced the occasion. The programme came to an end
with the vote of thanks proposed by Ms Melisha Gonsalves.
