MASS HEALTH EDUCATION ON GASTROENTERITIS
A mass health education programme on the
topic “Gastroenteritis†was organized by 3rd year GNM students on 13th
May 2017 in Paediatric ‘K’ ward at 11 am.
The programme began with a prayer song. Ms Sangeetha Salian welcomed
the gathering which was followed by a role play on the theme. The students, with
the help of Audio visual aids, explained about gastroenteritis, its causes, clinical
features, management and prevention. Around 40 people including inpatients,
their family members and the faculty were present. The programme was led by Ms
Preema and it came to an end at 11.45 am.
