Mass Health Education on ‘Gastroenteritis’
A mass health education programme was organized by 3rd year GNM students on 4th December 2015 in paediatric
‘K’ ward at 10.45 a.m on the topic ‘Gastroenteritis’,
as a part of paediatric postings.
The programme commenced with cordial presence of Mrs Jasmine
Sarita Vas, Principal Father Muller School of Nursing, staffs, inpatients and
their family members.
The programme began with prayer song led by Ms Priya D’Mello and
group. Ms Reshma D’Souza welcomed the gathering, followed by a role play
on the theme. The role play focused on the Gastroenteritis with help of Audio
visual aids. Ms Reshma D’Souza proposed the vote of thanks and sweets were
distributed to the children. More than 50 people were present. The programme was
led by Ms Reshma D’Souza, who was the Masters of ceremony of the event. The programme came to an
end at 11.15 am.
