INAUGURATION OF POSTGRADUATE COURSES 2017-18
The
inaugural programme of Postgraduate
courses for the year 2017-2018 was held on 20.06.2017 at 9.30 am in the
Knowledge Centre hall.
The
director Rev. Fr Richard A. Coelho, Administrator Rev. Fr Ajith B. Menezes, the Dean Dr Jayaprakash Alva, CMS Dr B. Sanjeev
Rai, Medical superintendent Dr Udaykumar K, Vice Dean Dr Padmaja Udaykumar and
postgraduate coordinators were in attendance along with the heads of
various departments and postgraduates of
batch 2017-2018.
The
programme commenced with a prayer song followed by a welcome address by the
Dean. The lighting of the lamp was followed by a message by the Administrator
Rev Fr Ajith B. Menezes in which he highlighted the accomplishments of our
institution. This was followed by the presidential address by the director who spoke
about the importance of selfless service to others. Dr Rakesh Rai proposed the vote of thanks
after which the institutional anthem was sung. The documentary on the history
of the institution was screened after refreshment break followed by self-introduction
round of the new entrants. The programme ended with talks on college discipline
and rules and regulations in the campus by the dean and the Administrator Rev
Fr Ajith Menezes respectively by 12.30 pm.
