TRAINING PROGRAMME ON COMMUNICATION AND SOFT SKILLS
The Alumni Association of Father Muller College of
Nursing, in collaboration with IInd year PB BSc Nursing students,
organized a training program on Communication and Soft Skills on 8th
July 2017 at 2.00 pm in the Decennial Memorial Hall.
Rev. Fr Richard Coelho, Dirctor, Father Muller
Charitable Institutions, inaugurated the training program. Dr Judy Pinto, Former Vice Principal &
Counsellor at St Aloysius College, Mangaluru was the resource person. During
the session Dr Judy Pinto,
highlighted the importance of communication which is very essential while taking
care of patients for the health professionals in their career.
Around 320 employees of Father Muller Charitable
Institutions benefitted from this training program. The beneficiaries included staff
nurses, departmental secretaries, social workers and doctors. The programme
came to an end at 4.00 pm.
