NURSING COURSES INAUGURATION
The
Course Inauguration of 31st batch of B Sc Nursing, 30th
batch of Post Basic BSc (PBBSc) Nursing and 26th batch of MSc Nursing was held on 16th September 2017 at 10am in Decennial
Memorial Hall of Father Mullers.
Sr
Jacintha DSouza, Principal, Father Muller College of Nursing welcomed the
gathering. Dr Poornima J, Senior
Specialist, Lady Goshen Hospital was the Chief Guest of the day. Rev. Fr Richard Aloysius Coehlo, Director,
Father Muller Charitable Institutions presided over the function.
The
program was inaugurated by lighting of the lamp by the dignitaries, the
coordinators of various batches and a student representative. Mrs Shobha
Xaviour, Coordinator of First year PBBSc Nursing introduced the Chief Guest Dr
Poornima J. The Chief Guest addressed the gathering and motivational message.
Rev.
Fr Richard Aloysius Coelho in his presidential address, expressed his gratitude
to Dr Poornima for her presence on the occasion. He congratulated the students
for having chosen Father Muller College of Nursing for their professional
journey and emphasized the role of parents and teachers in molding students.
Mrs
Shwetha Rashmi, Coordinator, First year B Sc Nursing proposed the vote of thanks.
The programme was followed by an orientation programme for the parents and
students.
