TEACHER'S DAY 2018
The Student’s Association of Father Muller Homoeopathic Medical College organized the teacher’s day celebration “JNYANA JYOTHI 2018†on 06.09.2018 at 2.30 p.m in the College Auditorium. The programme began with a prayer song and prayer dance by the final BHMS. Mr Nandan Krishna, President, Student Association welcomed the gathering. Rev. Fr Richard Aloysius Coelho, Director, FMCI, Rev. Fr Vincent Saldanha, Administrator, FMHMC&H and Rev. Fr Sylvester Lobo, Assistant Administrator, FMHMC&H felicitated the teachers with a gift sponsored by the students.
The students gave the Gurudakshina as a token of appreciation and gratitude for the staff.
The Director in his presidential address stressed on the duties of teacher’s and wished them success in their journey of teaching. He said “Teaching is an ability to inspire and to motivate students and to recognize their potentialâ€
A cinematic dance was performed by the interns to add flavour to the programme.
Fun games were arranged for the staff and the gathering enjoyed the evening. Ms Maria J Abraham, General Secretary, Student Association proposed vote of thanks. Dr Arpita and Dr Aparna compered the programme. Refreshments were served for all and programme concluded at 4.35 p.m with Institution Anthem.
