OBSERVANCE OF FOLlC ACID AWARENESS WEEK
The department of OBG Nursing observed folic acid awareness week on 10-01-2019 at Surathkal PHC by conducting an educative programme. The students explained about Anemia during pregnancy, antenatal advice, preventive measures and importance of iron and folic acid for pregnant women. Around 30 Antenatal and postnatal mothers, LHV and staff nurses of PHC witnessed this programme.
