CNE on PLANNING NURSING CARE
A Continuing Nursing Education on Planning Nursing Care was
organised from 2nd to 4th July 2019 by the Continuing Nursing Education
Cell. Ms Prinita Charlet Pinto, Assistant Quality Manager, was the
resource person. She stressed that planning nursing care provides direction for
individualized patient care. She highlighted on how a care plan
flows from each patient’s unique list of complaints and problems. She taught
the nurses to prioritize, plan, evaluate and re-plan. She also organised
few learning sessions for the nurses.
