Father Muller Medical College Hospital adds two new dialysis machines
Father Muller Medical
College Hospital has extended its services to the general public by adding two
new dialysis machines in order to meet the significant growth in the number of
people who require hemodialysis in the region.
The dialysis unit which
is a part of Nephrology Department provides high quality dialysis to patients suffering from kidney
failure. The unit has state of art dialysis machine and equipment catering to
patient care. With almost 1800 dialysis done per month, the unit is one of the
most busiest and largest units in Karnataka.
Dr Manjunath J,
Professor and Head of Department and Dr Amit D Souza , Nephrology Department
inaugurated the dialysis machine by cutting the ribbon. Fr Richard Aloysius
Coelho, Director of Father Muller Charitable Institutions blessed and prayed
over the equipment, the doctors, nurses and patients who will be dealing with
the machines.

Administrator, Father Muller Medical College, Sr Janet, Chief Nursing Officer,
Dr Uday Kumar, Medical Superintendent, Mary Lassrado, Nursing Superintendent,
other doctors and nurses were present on the occasion.
