The Continuing Nursing Educational Cell of the Nursing Service
Department of Father Muller Medical College Hospital organised a Training
programme for the supervisors and ward in-charges on managing stress at the
Hospital Conference Hall. Dr Supriya Hedge Aroor animated the programme.
The speaker highlighted on the various reasons for stress among health care
professionals. She provided tips on stress management and introduced the
various coping mechanisms to daily stressors. The programme ended at 4 p.m.
