CNE ON MEDICATION ERRORS
A Continuing Nursing Programme on
Medication Errors: Cut your risks with these tips was organised on
12th and 13th of April 2019. The speakers were Dr Padamaja Uday Kumar, Head of
Pharmacology Department and Dr Chandralekha N, Assistant Professor, Department
of Pharmacology, Father Muller Medical College. During the sessions, the
speakers highlighted on the types and causes of medication errors with
illustration of real life situations in the hospital. They also
provided tips to the nurses on how to prevent medication errors.
