CANFEAT 2018
The Department of Pathology and Microbiology and the Department of Surgery, jointly organized ‘CANFEAT 2018’ in association with Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bengaluru in the Decennial Hall of Father Muller Charitable Institutions a 'Continuing Education Activity' on the theme 'Curative Treatment for Cancer by Homoeopathy'.
Principal Dr Shivaprasad K, welcomed the gathering.
The programme was inaugurated with the traditional lighting of the lamp by the dignitaries Rev Fr Richard Aloysius Coelho, Director, FMCI, Rev Fr Vincent Vinod Saldanha, Administrator, Father Muller Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital, Dr Shivaprasad K, Principal, Father Muller Homoeopathic Medical College, Chief Guest and Resource Person Dr Vinu Krishnan, and Organizing Secretaries, Dr Sheena K N and Dr K John Paul, H.ODs.
It was followed by the address of the Director, Rev Fr Richard Coelho and Dr Sheena K N proposed the vote of thanks. The inauguration programme ended with the Institution Anthem.
The scientific session began at 10.40 AM after the introduction of the Resource Person by Dr K John Paul.
Dr Vinu Krishnan MD (Hom) is presently the Medical Officer at Government Homoeopathic Cancer Centre, Wandoor Malappuram. He deliberated cancer cases cured with Homoeopathic Medicines and the methodology to treat cancer cases.
During the interactive session, the speaker cleared the queries and doubts raised by the delegates.
As a token of gratitude, a memento was offered to the resource person by Dr Srinath Rao.
The sessions ended at 2 PM followed by lunch.
