Workshop Report on Public Speaking
The
Department of Hospital Administration conducted a workshop on 14th
January 2017, in the Knowledge Centre Hall of Father Muller Medical College. Dr
Malini Hebbar, Professor of St. Agnes College, Mangalore was the guest speaker
for the session. The participants of the session were 1st and 2nd
year MHA students along with the faculty members.
The session commenced at 9.00 am with the
welcome address by Ms. Ankita Shobakumar. The speaker spoke on the skills of
Public Speaking and shared her career experience. She explained the concept of
public speaking through examples and conducted turncoat and JAM.
It was an enlightening session which
winded up at 11.30 am with a thank you note by Ms Swedal Mascarenhas.
