GUEST LECTURE ON MANAGEMENT OF COLORECTAL CANCER
The Department of General
Surgery, Father Muller Medical College, conducted Guest Lecture on
31st March 2017 from 3.00 – 4.00 p.m. at the Knowledge
Centre. The programme began
with a prayer song by House Surgeons. Dr Leo Francis Tauro, Professor & HOD,
Department of Surgery, welcomed the gathering. Dr Eugene Rent,
Consultant Onco Surgeon and Assistant Professor, A.J. Institue of Medical
Sciences, (who is our own Alumni) delivered a Lecture on “Management of Colorectal
Cancerâ€. Dr Erel A.I. Diaz,
Professor, Department of General Surgery and Dr Gopinathan, Assistant
Professor, Department of Onco Surgery had moderated the session. Dr
Shubha N. Rao, Professor, Department of Surgery gave the vote of thanks.
The
programme was compered by Dr Sahanashree, final year Surgery Postgraduate
Resident. All Staff members and postgraduates from the Department of Surgery
were present during the Guest Lecture.
