GUEST LECTURE ON ORIENTATION & BRIEFING ON DA VINCI ROBOTIC SYSTEM ON 27th MARCH 2019
Department of General Surgery organized
a Guest Lecture on orientation and briefing on the da Vinci Robotic System by Mr Nikhil Sharma by area sales manager Intuitive
Surgical India Private Limited Company on 27th March 2019 from 3.00
p.m. to 5.00 p.m. in the Knowledge Centre, A.V. Hall. The lecture began with prayer song. Dr Leo Francis Tauro, Professor & HOD,
Department of General Surgery welcomed the gathering. Dr John Joseph S. Martis, Professor &
Unit Head, Department of General Surgery delivered vote of thanks. The programme
compered by Dr Steffi J. D’Cruz, Postgraduate Resident, Department of General
Surgery. Total 60 members from the
Department of General Surgery, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Urology, Surgical
Oncology and Surgical Gastroenterology attended the lecture. It was a very informative lecture and
participants had an interaction with the resource person regarding the da Vinci
Robotic system.
