NATIONAL NUTRITION WEEK

The
Department of Nursing Foundation in collaboration with Dietary Department of Father
Muller Medical College Hospital celebrated ‘National Nutrition week’ from 1st
to 7th September 2016. Various programmes were organised for the
same. Free BMI, GRBS, and Nutritional Assessments were conducted in the Out
Patient Department of Father Muller Medical College Hospital on 1st
and 2nd September. About 150 people were benefited with the services
provided. On 3rd September at 12 pm, a health talk on ‘Importance of
Diet for Good Health’ was given through Hospital Public Addressal System. A radio
talk was given to make the general public aware regarding nutrition (107.8 FM).
