The faculty of Department of Community Health Nursing , Father Muller College of  Nursing, had organized a panel discussion on the topic “Attracting and Retaining Nursing Workforce” on 14^th June 2017 from 2.00 pm to 4.00 pm at the Audio Visual Hall, FMCI, Mangaluru.

The moderator and the panelists were from Nursing as well as Administrative Departments who shared their views, issues and solutions on the topic. Dr. Larissa M Sams was the moderator for the programme. The panelists were Dr. Blaise C Guinchard, Professor, University of Applied Sciences, Switzerland, Dr. Anice George, Dean, Manipal College of Nursing, Fr. Rudolph Ravi D’Sa, Administrator, Father Muller Medical College Hospital and Mrs. Jyothi Pinto, HR Manager, FMCI.

Sr. Jacintha D’Souza, Principal, Father Muller College of Nursing felicitated the guests. The total beneficiaries were 95.
