INAUGURATION OF ENGLISH CLUB

          The Student Support and Progression Committee of College of Nursing incepted the thought of having an English Club and chalked down the plan under the guidance of Mrs Rajina Dinesh, Soft Skills Trainer at St Aloysius College and Laxmi Group of Institutions, Mangalore. The main objective of the club is to improve skills in English and to develop self confidence in public speaking among the students. The English Club was inaugurated on 25/5/2018 in the Rajath Bhavan of Father Muller College of Nursing at 3.45 pm.  Rev. Fr Richard A. Coelho, Director, Father Muller Charitable Institutions, Rev. Sr Jacintha DSouza, Principal, Father Muller College of Nursing, Mrs Rajina Dinesh, English teacher  and Mrs Shoba P Xavier, the Coordinator of English Club were the dignitaries on the dais. 

Rev. Sr Jacintha DSouza welcomed the gathering.  Mrs Rajina Dinesh in her short message, congratulated the Principal and the entire team of faculty and students of Father Muller College of Nursing as it is the only nursing college in the city having an English club. Rev Fr Richard A Coelho, in his presidential address, stressed the importance of English language in our day today life and advised the students to take the best opportunity of all these activities undertaken in the college. Mrs Shoba P Xavier, the coordinator of English Club delivered the vote of thanks.  Ms Eami Jose and Ms Dilon Preemal DSouza,II BSc Nursing students were the Comperes of the programme.
