The department of Community health Nursing along with the students of IV^th year B.Sc nursing conducted a school health education on the topic “Personal hygiene and Environmental sanitation” for 130 primary  school children(1^st to 7^th standard) of Dakshina Kannada Government Higher Primary School, 6^th Block Katipalla, Surathkal. Students performed Mime  and also  used various AV aids to impart knowledge on the topic. The educative session was organized on 11^th January 2019 from 10 am to 12 pm.
