- Affiliated to - Karnataka State Diploma in Nursing Examination Board, Bangalore
- Medium of instruction - English
- Annual intake - 60
- Duration - 3 years
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Pass in 10+2 or equivalent examination
- 40% & above marks in II PUC
- Age between 17 to 35 years
- Admission based on merit of previous qualifying examination.
- Applications are available in the month of April- May
- Selection in the month of June –July
- Admission in the month of September
- Students seeking admission should submit a separate application to the school of nursing office in the prescribed format, downloaded from the website www.fathermuller.edu.in
Certificates to be enclosed with the application
- 10th std. marks card/( for proof of date of birth)
- 10 + 2 marks card/PUC marks card
- Transfer Certificate from the Institution last attended
- Conduct certificates from the Institution last attended
- Medical Fitness certificate
- Identification proof (Voter ID/Adhar Card)
- A Demand Draft for Rs. 500/- towards the application fee in favour of Father Muller School of Nursing, payable at Mangalore
Original documents with attested photo copies in three sets to be produced at the time of admission
