The
students of II year GNM conducted a mass health education on 30th
October 2018 at 9.30am in the Vailankanni ward on the topic “Substance Abuseâ€.
The programme commenced with a prayer song. The welcome speech was given by Sr
Balsumithra followed by the role play on the theme was performed.
The
students explained about Substance Abuse, its causes, symptoms and management
in Kannada as well in Malayalam.. The inmates and patient’s of Vailankanni ward
were present. Mrs Jasmine Sarita Vas, Principal Father Muller School of Nursing
along with the faculty and ward in charge’s graced the occasion. Vote of thanks
was given by Ms Nisha D Souza. The programme came to an end at 10.30am. Ms
