Freshers Day ZEPHYRA 2K25

The Fresher’s Day celebration, “ZEPHYRA 2K25,” was  jointly organized by Father Muller Allied Health Sciences College and Father Muller Nursing College Thumbay  to welcome the new batch of students (2025–2029)  on 04/11/2025 with enthusiasm and joy.

The celebration commenced at 3:30 p.m. in the Florence Nightingale Hall and was graced by the presence of Rev. Fr. Faustine Lucas Lobo, Director, Father Muller Charitable Institutions; Rev. Fr. Slyvester Vincent Lobo, Administrator; Dr. Reena Wilma Frank, Principal, Father Muller Nursing College Thumbay and Mrs. Janet Sequeira, Vice Principal, Father Muller Nursing College Thumbay.

The programme began with an invocation seeking divine blessings, followed by a warm welcome address delivered by Ms. Diya Treesa Thomas on behalf of the freshers followed by presenting a sapling to the Director as a symbol of growth, hope, and new beginnings.

A variety of cultural performances were presented by the freshers, highlighting their creativity, enthusiasm, and talent. The events included classical and Bollywood dance performances, a group song, fiesta dance, fashion show, choreography by hostelers, and a mix dance that added colour and excitement to the evening. The self-introduction sessions by the Nursing and Allied Health Sciences freshers helped foster a sense of belonging among the new students.

Rev. Fr. Faustine Lucas Lobo, Director, Father Muller Charitable Institutions, in his address, appreciated the students for showcasing tremendous talents, stating that it was wonderful to witness such creativity and enthusiasm among the new students. He further wished that these talents remain fresh throughout their academic journey, contributing to their personal growth and to the legacy of College.

The programme concluded with a vote of thanks, expressing sincere appreciation to all dignitaries, faculty members, seniors, and the organizing team for their guidance and support. The celebration ended with the institutional anthem followed by refreshments and informal interactions.
