General Health Check-up and Blood Donation camp at St Francis Xavier Church Hall, Ferar

A one-day general health camp was held on 2nd November 2025 at St Francis Xavier Church Hall, Ferar, organized by Youth Red Cross Unit, Criteria III, Father Muller College of Nursing in collaboration with Indian Catholic Youth Movement -Pezar zone, St Francis Xavier Church and Health Commission Committee-Ferar, Rotary club -Bajpe, Red drop Mangalore and Father Muller Medical College Hospital, Mangalore. General Medicine, OBG, Pediatrics Orthopedics, Ophthalmology and Dermatology OPD along with GRBS, Pharmacy and ECG services were made available to 202 beneficiaries. Blood donation camp also was successful with the help of 31 donors. Ms Jisa, Ms Sowmya, Ms Gail, Ms Pooja, students of IV-year BSc Nursing participated in the activities of the camp by assisting in ECG and dispensing free medicines to the beneficiaries. The camp was organised by Mr Manoj PS, Chairperson of Youth Red Cross Unit, Criteria III, FMCON. Ms Priya S Pereira and Ms Lavina Rodrigues, members of criteria III were present for the camp.
