CNE ON INCIDENT REPORTING
A Continuing Nursing Programme on Incident Reporting was organised on 15th and 16th of May 2019. Ms Jerlyn D'Souza, Assistant Quality Manager Father Muller Medical College Hospital was the speaker. During the sessions, she explained and shared the differences among incidents, complaints, feedback and grievances. There was a brain storming session on reporting incidents and nurses also had a quiz on identification of the incidents. Ms Jerlyn D'Souza also threw light on the online incident reporting form and there was an activity session on the same.
