FDP on 'Stress Management and Etiquette Essentials' for Nonteaching staff

The Faculty Development Programme Committee organized a session on "Stress Management and Etiquette Essentials" for the non-teaching staff on 2nd & 3rd July 2024 at Father Muller Seminar Hall.

 

Dr Suphala S. Kotian, Research Professor, Srinivas University, Mukka, Mangalore was the resource person of the session. 

 

On first day programme was inaugurated. The session began with a prayer song by Mrs Jacintha Pinto and team. Mrs Veena Sequeira, welcomed the gathering. Dr Vilma Meera Dsouza, Vice Principal and IQAC Coordinator presented a floral bouquet to the resource person, Rev. Fr Faustine Lucas Lobo, Designate Director, FMCI and Administrator, FMHMC presided over the programme.

 

The Administrator in is presidential address gave an enlightening message regarding the importance of being updated, stress management and particularly professionalism in work area.

 

A certificate was presented to the Resource Person as a token of appreciation by the administrator. This was followed with a vote of thanks by Dr Anita Lobo, Professor, Department of Repertory and Coordinator, FDP Committee.

 

Resource person Dr Suphala S. Kotian emphasized the way to deal with situations in a casual and lucid manner, regarding Stress Management at work and at home. She also stressed about professionalism and essentials of etiquette.

 

The programme was compered meticulously by Mrs Jyothi Montiero on first day and Mrs Jacintha Pinto on Second day. 

 

The sessions on both the days were well appreciated by the non-teaching staff and this was documented in a feedback form. An e-certificate was given to the participants.
