Intern's Recruitment Training Program

An Intern's Recruitment Training Program was organized for the Interns of Father Muller College of Allied Health Sciences and Father Muller College of Physiotherapy from 24th to 28th June, 2024 at Muller Mini Hall, Father Muller Convention Centre. An Inaugural program of Interns Recruitment Training was held on 24th June 2024 at 9:00 am in Muller Mini Hall. 

Overview:

The Interns Recruitment Programme was a collaborative effort between Father Muller College of Allied Health Sciences, Father Muller College of Physiotherapy and JV Global Services. The program aimed to equip students with the essential skills and knowledgeneeded to succeed in their professional careers. Over the span of five days, participants engaged in various activities designed to enhance their employability. 

Programme Activities: 

1.  Mock Interviews:

-  Participants underwent simulated interview sessions.

-  Experienced professionals provided feedback on their performance.

-  Focus was on improving communication skills, confidence, and answering strategies. 

2.  ResumeWriting:

-  Workshopsoncreatingeffectiveresumeswereconducted.

-  Guidance on structuring resumes to highlight skills and experiences relevant to thehealthcare field.

-  Emphasis on tailoring resumes for specific job applications. 

3.  AptitudeTest:

-  Testsdesignedtoassesstheanalyticalandproblem-solvingabilitiesofparticipants.

-  Practice sessions to familiarize students with the format and types of questions commonlyfound in aptitude tests.

-  Tipsandstrategiestoimprovetest-takingskills. 

4.  Personality Development:

-  Sessions aimed at overall personality enhancement.

-  Focus on building soft skills such as teamwork, leadership, and time management.

-  Activities to improve self-awareness and emotional intelligence. 

Conclusion:

The Interns Recruitment Programme successfully provided students with a comprehensive training experience, preparing them for the competitive job market. The collaboration between Father Muller College of Allied Health Sciences, Father Muller College of Physiotherapy and JV Global Services ensured a well-rounded and professional approach to skill development. Participants left the program better equipped to pursue their career goalswith confidence. 

Feedback:

Many highlighted the practical benefits of the mock interviews and resume writing workshops. The aptitude tests and personality development sessions were also well-received, contributing to a holistic improvement in the participants' employability skills.
