GUEST LECTURE: ACCESSING THE E-RESOURCES OF FMCI
The
Department of Hospital Administration conducted a guest lecture on: “ACCESSING THE E-RESOURCES OF
FMCI†on
5th October 2016 in the Knowledge Centre. Dr Janet Dotty Lobo,
Chief Librarian was the Guest Speaker for the session. The participants for the
session were 1st year MHA students.
The
session was about information regarding various library objectives, facilities,
collections, services, e-resources, membership, rules, regulations and the
working hours of the library.
In
this session the speaker explained about the process involved in accessing the
library e-resources and the different e-resources like HELINET CONSORTIUM which
included the following services direct LWW, BMJ, Oxford university press,
Jaypee, EBSCO, Proquest, Nature, www.uptodateonline.com followed by the Inflibnet-nlist
programme which includes the e- journals, e-books etc.
