REPORT ON MASS HEALTH EDUCATION
A mass health education was organized
by 3rd year GNM students on 26th May 2017 in ‘H’ ward at
3 pm on the topic “Breast feeding and menstrual hygieneâ€.
The programme commenced with a prayer
song in the presence of teaching staff of Father Muller School of Nursing,
inpatients and their attenders. Ms Sangeetha Salian welcomed the gathering which
was followed by a role play on the theme. The role play was about breast
hygiene and menstrual hygiene, management and prevention of associated ailments.
Sweets were distributed to the inpatients.
Around 30 people were present. The programme was led by Ms Nisha Noronha and it
came to an end at 4.15 pm.
