MASS HEALTH EDUCATION ON MANAGEMENT OF GASTROENTERITIS
The students
of II year GNM conducted a mass health education on 14th December 2017
in the Paediatric ‘K’ ward on the topic
“Management of gastroenteritisâ€. The programme commenced with a prayer song. Ms
Bhavyashree welcomed the gathering followed by a role play on the theme.
The students explained about management
of gastroenteritis in children and its prevention by demonstrating hand washing
and preparation of oral rehydration solution. The patients and their attenders
were present. Faculty and ward in charges graced the program. Ms Jyothi Luwis delivered
the vote of thanks. Ms Joyline Pinto compered the program.
