Guest Lecture by Dr Steevan D Souza
Department of Hospital Administration of Fr. Muller College of Allied Health Sciences, Mangalore organized a Guest lecture on "Managerial Skills" on 18.11.2023. The resource person was Dr. Steevan D Souza, Assistant Professor, PG, Department of Business Administration at St. Aloysius College Institute of Management & IT. A distinguished youth counselor, Motivational speaker, educator and trainer.The program began with introductory note by Ms. Sonia Rodrigues. It was a very interactive session with inputs on managerial skills for the Hospital Administrators. He also spoke about the skills required for managers such as proactive skills, prioritizing things and to synergize.The session followed by activities like model making which enhanced the skills for thinking, building leadership quality, promoting the importance of groups. Students gained insights about present world in the field of administration. The guest lecture ended with a vote of thanks by Ms. Chaitra Post graduate.
