Mass Health Education on Pulmonary Tuberculosis
The students of II year GNM as a part of
their Medical Surgical Nursing Practicals, conducted a mass health education on 14 November 2019 at 11.00 am in V ward
on Pulmonary Tuberculosis. The
programme commenced with a prayer song. The welcome speech was given by Ms Divya
Jyoti followed by a role play.
The students explained about the causes,
phases, sign and symptoms and management of Pulmonary Tuberculosis using various
A.V aids. The inmates and patients of V ward were present. Class and sub coordinators of Father Muller
School of Nursing along with the faculty and ward in charges graced the
occasion. Play was performed in Kannada and Malayalam. Vote of thanks was given
by Ms Vinutha DSouza. The Programme came to an end at 12.00 pm. Ms Grishal Vas
compered the program. Around 30 patients were benefited out of it.
