CME on An update on Haemoglobin variants and Diagnostic approach

Muller Medical College organized a CME on "An update on Haemoglobin variants
and Diagnostic approach" on 02 August 2024 from 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm in the
Decennial Memorial Hall." Dr Arun Kumar
K, Organizing Secretary of the CME welcomed the gathering and Dr Maitreyee D.S,
Organizing Chairman and HOD of Biochemistry proposed the vote of thanks. The CME was attended by about 140 delegates
from faculties of all departments, postgraduates and delegates from nearby
colleges of Mangalore city.
The Resource persons were Dr Chandana Pai, Assistant Professor, Paediatric Haematologist & Oncologist, FMMC, "Clinical and Diagnostic Approach of Hemolytic Anemia" and Mr Vishwa Bharathi H.A, Senior Field Application Specialist-CDG, Bio-Rad Laboratories, "Interpretation of the Hemoglobin variant analysis graph and various challenges to interpret".
The CME was appreciated by Resource
persons, chairpersons, faculties and Postgraduates.
