Radio Program on World Blood Donors day (Tulu & Konkani)
On observation of World Blood Donors
day (14.06.2022), a Radio program was organized by the department of
Community Health Nursing, FMCON at Radio Sarang 107.8 FM, St. Aloysius College,
Mangaluru. The department faculty along with 13 students of II BSc Nursing participated
in the Radio program as resource persons. Students & Faculty were
divided into 2 groups.
The first group gave awareness program on "Blood donation"
in Konkani language guided by the Principal, Rev Sr Jacintha Dsouza and department
HOD, Prof Irene TR Alvares
The second group in Tulu guided by the department
faculty Ms Sonia Sequera and Ms Priya Pereira.
The radio talk was recorded on 03.06.2022 at Radio Sarang. The recorded program will be aired at Radio Station- Sarang 107.8FM on 13.06.2022, Monday (Tulu) at 11.30 am and 08.30 pm and on 14.06.2022, Tuesday (Konkani) at 09.30 am and 2.00 pm.
