Report on IV Infusion team training
Father
Muller Medical College Hospital Infection Control Department and BD India had
organised IV Infusion training for the 50 registered staff nurses of FMMCH from
12th to 14th February 2018. The inaugural of the same took place on the at 9.30 am. Rev. Fr Richard Coelho, Director Father Muller
Charitable Institutions presided over the function. Ms Jyothi Supriya K,
Infection Control Consultant, BD India was chief guest. Dr B. Sanjeev Rai, Chief of Medical Services
FMMCH, Dr Thomas S K, HICO and Mrs Shiji P J, Secretary HICC were the
dignitaries on the dais. The programme began
with a prayer song. Mrs Shiji P J Secretary, HICC welcomed the gathering
followed by customary lamp lighting ceremony by the dignitaries.
Ms
Jyothi Supriya K, Chief Guest, briefed about IV infusion team concept and its
importance. She also motivated the
participants to learn and update newer concepts about IV Infusion. Rev. Fr
Richard Coelho in his presidential address, appreciated the HIC department for
organising the training programme and wished all the delegates best for the
training. Dr Thomas S K proposed the vote of thanks. Programme ended with the
Institutional anthem at 10.15 am.
