Father Muller Charitable Institutions gear-up to help Kodagu
As
a gesture of solidarity towards the flood ravaged victims of Kodagu, Father
Muller Charitable Institutions will be organizing a five days flood relief camp
from August 27th
to 31st, 2018 at Kodagu district in Karnataka.
A
team of 10 healthcare professionals and other volunteers will take off towards
the surge hit areas of Kodagu. Furthermore, the team will be giving free
restorative treatment and will dispense free therapeutic supplies at the heath
camp. The team started for the mission on 27 August 2018 at 4.00 pm after being
blessed by Rev.Fr Ajith B. Menezes, Administrator of Father Muller Medical
College.
The
Institution had moreover sent two healthcare teams to the surge influenced
regions of Kannur and Wayanad in Kerala where the occupants afflicted with
various communicable diseases were provided with essential medical treatment
and given free medical supplies and various other relief items at six relief
camps of Kannur and Wayanad.
Rev.
Fr Ajith B. Menezes, Administrator of Father Muller Medical College, briefed
about the Muller Care Project and congratulated and wished good luck to the
doctors for their service mindedness.
Priests
in the management, Chaplains, Heads of various units of FMCI, staff and
students were present on this occasion.
