Release of Annual College Magazine - Pioneer 2015
The release of Annual College Magazine - Pioneer 2015 was held on 31/10/2015 at the college auditorium, FMHMC. The Magazine secretary Ms Drishya Devadas of the student council along with the Staff Editorial Board completed the task of bringing out the college magazine Pioneer 2015. The function commenced with a prayer song sung by a team of students. Dr Deepa Rebello, Staff Editor, escorted the dignitaries on to the dais. Principal, Dr Shivaprasad welcomed the gathering.
Dr Deepa Rebello gave an introduction of the Chief Guest. Mr Ivan D’Souza, Honourable Member of Legislative Council was the Chief Guest of the function released the magazine along with the other dignitaries on the stage.
Administrator, Rev Fr Vincent Vinod Saldanha appreciated the attempt of the editor and the editorial board both staff and students. Director, FMCI, Rev Fr Patrick Rodrigues presided over the function and delivered his speech.
Prizes were distributed to the winners for the contests held in connection to this magazine. Also the prizes for the sports competitions were given away by the dignitaries. To conclude The Magazine secretary proposed the vote of thanks. Ms Vaishnavi, III BHMS student was the MC.
