The Department of Repertory of Father Muller Homoeopathic
Medical College and Hospital, organized Rubricon
- 2019 National Seminar on the 21st of
July 2019 in the College Auditorium. Students from various Homeopathic
Medical Colleges and Homoeopathic practitioners from all over India attended.
Dr. Shivaprasad K, Principal of Father Muller Homoeopathic
Medical College, Deralakatte, welcomed the gathering and Rev. Fr. Roshan
Crasta, Administrator of Father Muller Homoeopathic Medical College and
Hospital, gave his message.
Rev. Fr. Richard Aloysius Coelho, Director, Father Muller
Charitable Institutions, presided over the function.
Dr Rita Chakraborty, Organizing secretary of the programme,
Professor and HOD, department of Repertory, Proposed the vote of thanks.
The Resource Person for the scientific session was Dr Shashikant Tiwari. He was introduced
by Dr. Rakhal P, Assistant professor, Department of Repertory.
The first scientific session was, Case demands Repertory, where Dr. Tiwari explained on how repertory
plays an important role in the selection of a similimum. In the second session
he highlighted the use of Synoptic Key by Boger.
The second session was followed by an open forum. Dr Srinath Rao, Former Principal, and
HOD, Department of Materia medica, moderated the Open forum..
The participants of the open forum, Dr. Bipin.T. Varghese, Consultant
Homoeopath, S V Homoeopathic Clinic, Coimbatore, Tamilnadu, presented a paper
on Uterine polyps; Dr. C. Rajalakshmi, Associate Professor, Department of
Repertory, Vinayaka Mission Homoeopathic Medical College, Salem, presented a
paper on Pressure ulcers; Dr. Pamela Kundu, M.D. final year, Department
of Repertory, Father Muller Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital,
presented a paper on Melasma; Dr. Sr. Mable, M.D. second year, Department of
Practice of Medicine, Father Muller Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital,
presented a paper on Diabetic foot ulcer and finally Dr. Rita
Chakraborty, professor and HOD department of repertory, FMHMC, presented a
paper on Rheumatoid arthritis.
