Faculty development committee of FMHMC conducted a webinar
Session on Emotional
challenges faced during the COVID pandemic
as a part of 'Envision 2020' on 25th July 2020.
The faculty members of various educational institutes including various
schools from all over India participated in this event. Dr. Suphala Kotian,
Professor, Department of Hospital Administration, AJ Hospital & Research
Centre was the resource person. She discussed the emotional challenges faced by
the community during the COVID pandemic and elaborated on the emotional stress
with strategies to overcome it, especially emphasizing on self-reliance. The
session was moderated by Dr. Rita Chakraborty. 124 Participants were present for this session.
