Faculty Development Program - "Up skilling the case conceptualization"
A Faculty development
program under the title "Up skilling the
case conceptualization" was held
on 17.01.2022 for the faculty
members to implement the studies in the direction of the concepts of ICR and in
the dissertation of the interns. Dr Shivaprasad K, former Principal, Professor
and Head of the Department of Organon of Medicine was resource person
The session began at 02:30p.m
with a formal welcome by Dr ESJ Prabhu Kiran, Principal, Rev Fr Rohan Michael
Dias, Assistant Administrator spoke about the importance of attending workshops
and improving the skill, Later the session was handed over to Dr Shivaprasad K,
who demonstrated the practical utility of various forms used for case conceptualization.
There were also few interactions of the staff members with the resource person
and the session concluded at 4:15 pm. Dr Sajan K R expressed his heartfelt gratitude
to the resource person Dr Shivaprasad K. Dr ESJ Prabhu Kiran, Principal gave
his conclusion remarks.
A pre-test and Post-test
were organized at 1:30 and 04:15pm respectively through Google forms and a certificate was issued
online for all the participants who attended the session and completed the tests.
Evaluation of the FDP is also done through a Google form.
