Farewell
Programme "Samyaktva '22" was organized for the outgoing final
year students by the juniors on Saturday, 21st May 2022 at 3pm in the
college auditorium.
Farewell is a day to bid adieu to what
was and to greet what is to come. If you're
brave enough to say goodbye, life will reward you with a new hello". As the juniors bid adieu, the final
year students were overwhelmed with nostalgia, contentment and gaiety as they emerge
ahead to the pinnacle of their professional carrier. To transpire into competent
and dedicated homoeopaths from the portals of this prestigious institution to
heal and comfort mankind.
Samyaktva'22" was initiated with the most awaited
photo session of the final year students (Incendos) with management committee
members at 2.45 pm, thereafter the dazzling divas the Incendos marched into the
auditorium along with the dignitaries. The formal programme commenced with a
prayer song invoking the blessings of the Almighty by Ms Rose and team.
Miss Shilpa and team enthralled and
extended a cordial welcome by a graceful prayer dance. Mr Sarang Paul, President
of Students' Association welcomed the august gathering.
As a token of love and memoir on behalf
of the Institution, mementos were handed over 98 outgoing students
by the Principal Dr E S J Prabhu Kiran, Administrator Rev Fr Roshan Crasta and
Director Rev Fr Richard Coelho, Assistant Administrator Rev Fr Rohan Dais, Vice
Principal Dr Vilma Meera D'Souza and Dr Girish Navada Medical superintendent.
Dr E S J Prabhu Kiran, Principal ,Father
Muller Homoeopathic Medical College in his message "Appreciated the batch for
all their leadership qualities, sports & other extra-curricular
achievements. He acclaimed that the fruitful years of study at Fr Muller has
inculcated in the outgoing students right principles, knowledge and right
practice .He urged the students to be committed and choose priorities to live
up to the expectation of their teachers and parents".
Rev Fr Roshan Crasta, Administrator, Father
Muller Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital in his message stated that"Samyaktva
means
right belief encompassing right faith, knowledge and conduct. Applauded the
achievements of the batch and their major role in bringing laurels to the
institution and also appreciated the leadership qualities of the batch thus
proving to be role models for the juniors".
Rev Fr Richard Coelho, Director Father
Muller Charitable Institutions, President of the programme shared nostalgic
moments mentioning that 2017 batch, is the first batch when he began his tenure
as Director of FMCI. Director appealed to the students "To be a rainbow in someone's
cloud, stating rainbow symbolizes hope, unity in diversity and symbol of joy.
Motivated the students to practice loving kindness as doctors. To be empathetic
and connect to the society and be thankful to Almighty God for the innumerable
blessings bestowed".
The outgoing interns indeed had the over
whelming feelings to express before they leave the portals of their great Alma
Mater. Ms Stephy Varghese did this noble task with grateful feelings and due respect
to the institution for moulding them into competent homoeopaths.
A short video was displayed depicting
the reminiscence of Incendos. Ms Gagana Lakshmi, Magazine Secretary
proposed the vote of thanks followed by the institution anthem.
Mesmerizing cultural extravaganza was
hosted by the juniors to captivate the audience.
Mr Sandesh and Ms Sweedal eloquently compered
the formal programme. Mr Shrinidhi, Ms Safah, Ms Shelcy ,Ms Haseeba and Ms
Oshin vivaciously compered the cultural event and created a jubilant ambience.
Symbolically Lamps were handed over to
the juniors by the outgoing batch to carry forth the legacy of Fr Muller and
uphold the motto of "Heal and Comfort".
