Inauguration of the 33rd batch of Internship Programme 2022-23

Inauguration of the 33rd batch of Internship Programme 2022-23 took place on 01.08.2022 in the Father Muller Auditorium at 10.00a.m.The programme began with a prayer song.

 

Dr Ranjan Clement Britto, Interns Coordinator, escorted the dignitaries Rev. Fr Richard Aloysius Coelho, Director, Father Muller Charitable Institutions and President of the programme, Rev. Fr Roshan Crasta, Administrator, Father Muller Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital, Principal, Dr E S J Prabhu Kiran, Father Muller Homoeopathic Medical College and Dr Vilma Meera Dsouza, Vice Principal, FMHMC on to the dais.

 

Internship Programme 2022-23 was inaugurated by the dignitaries by lighting the  lamp.

 

Dr E S J Prabhu Kiran, Principal, Father Muller Homoeopathic Medical College, welcomed the dignitaries, faculty and the new batch of interns who are the torchbearers of Father Muller legacy. Dr Vilma Meera Dsouza, Vice Principal, FMHMC offered a bouquet to welcome the Director.

 

Rev. Fr Richard Aloysius Coelho, Director, Father Muller Charitable Institution, and President of the programme formally inaugurated the event by lighting the lamp. The dignitaries and the Interns representatives Mr Ganganapalli Venkata Anish and Ms Santa Maria Fernandez joined the lamp lighting ceremony.

 

Rev. Fr Roshan Crasta, Administrator, Father Muller Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital in his message expressed that internship is the foundation for the future and advised the new interns to improve their skills and excavate their potentials.

 

Rev. Fr Richard Aloysius Coelho, Director presided over the programme. In his message, he stressed that Internship programme is the most crucial and important phase in a medical course. He highlighted the unique method of receiving case history and asked the interns to learn diagnosing the diseases and become proficient with the communication skills.

 

The vote of thanks was proposed by the Interns Coordinator, Dr Ranjan Clement Britto. The programme ended with the Institution Anthem.

 

The MC for the programme was Dr Nishal Preemal Dsouza.
