Teachers Day
The importance
of Teachers' Day lies in reminding us of the significance
of teachers and educators in our lives. It's a day to be
grateful for everything we have learnt and to cherish the contribution
of teachers in our lives.
To honor the teachers and express gratitude, Teachers Day was
celebrated at Father Muller Homoeopathic Medical College on 05.09.2022. Teachers Day
is celebrated to commemorate the birth anniversary of Dr Sarvepalli
Radhakrishnan, the first Vice President of India and a highly
respected teacher & philosopher.
The programme commenced by a graceful prayer dance by Ms Vismaya and
team which enthralled the gathering. Mr
Sarang Paul, President, Students' Council, welcomed the gathering.
Rev Fr John vas Chaplin Homoeopathic Medical College and
Rev. Fr Roshan Crasta, Administrator Father Muller
Homoeopathic Medical & Hospital felicitated the teachers.
Administrator, Rev. Fr
Roshan Crasta in his message, wished all the teachers
and acknowledged the services of all the
teachers, and the role of teacher's contribution in making a civilized society
.
As a token of honor and gratitude Students' Council members
offered Guru Dakshina to the Principal and teachers on behalf of all
students. Dr E S J Prabhu Kiran, Principal in his responsorial message
appreciated the students efforts, he asked the students to respect the teachers
and to learn the best qualities from them
Dr Merlin Liza James , MD Part I Scholar proposed the vote of thanks. Mr Abhineshwan and Ms Anaghashree compered the programme.
