"STEP UP" - PTSA meeting
The PTSA committee of Father Muller Homoeopathic Medical College
conducted "STEP UP" programme for I BHMS and IV BHMS on 08.10.2022 and for II
BHMS and III BHMS on 10.10.2022.
The main objective of "STEP UP" is to coordinate the academic
and personal growth of the student. A selected group of students who needs
attention were called for the meeting
The programme commenced at 9.30 a.m. on both days with the
prayer song and inaugurated by lighting the lamp. The coordinator of PTSA
committee Dr Deena M Monteiro welcomed the gathering. Principal Dr ESJ Prabhu
Kiran explained the significance of coming together of teachers and parents
along with mentors to the gathering. He emphasized on the eligibility to appear
in the University examinations. Rev. Fr
Roshan Crasta, Administrator of FMHMC emphasized on the relevance of STEP UP.
He highlighted the importance of discipline to be a good physician and the
facilities that are available in the campus for the overall growth.
The inaugural programme was followed by the departmental
interaction with the students.
Out of 26 students selected for STEP UP from the I BHMS,
total 19 students with the parents reported. Similarly, out of 30 students selected
from IV BHMS, 23 students with their parents reported on 8th October
2022
Out of 36 students selected for STEP UP from the II BHMS,
total 20 students with the parents reported. Similarly, out of 22 students
selected from IV BHMS, 15 students with their parents reported on 10th
October 2022
