"STEP UP" - PTSA meeting
The PTSA committee of Father Muller
Homoeopathic Medical College conducted "STEP UP" Programme for I BHMS, IV BHMS
on 28/01/2023 and for III BHMS & IV BHMS students on 30 /01/2023.
The main
objective of this "STEP UP" PTSA programme is to have an interaction with parent,
student and teacher so as to know the academic and personal development of the student.
The programme commenced at 9:30 am on both the days with the prayer song and formal
inauguration by lighting the lamp. The coordinator of PTSA committee Dr Deena Monterio
welcomed the gathering on 28/01/23 and Vice Principal Dr Vilma Meera Dsouza
welcomed the gathering on 30 / 01/ 2023.
Academic in
charge Dr Jacintha Montero gave a brief report of the academic and co
curricular activities along with achievers in university examinations.
Principal
Dr E S J Prabhu Kiran highlighted the importance of having PTSA meeting, and also
stressed on the clinical exposures given to the students at various levels by
the Institution so as to make everyone a competent Homoeopath.
Administrator
Rev Fr Roshan Crasta appreciated the parents for attending the PTSA meeting and
congratulated the students for securing ranks at RGUHS examinations. He emphasized
on the opportunities provided by the college for the growth of the students in
academics, research activities and sports. He also explained that the students
are given equal exposures and hands on experiences to make them as a confident
Homoeopathic doctors. Administrator also addressed the concerns raised by the
parents during the general interactive session. Dr Deepa Rebello Proposed the
vote of thanks. The formal inaugural programme concluded with the Institution
anthem. This was followed by the departmental interactions on both the days.

BHMS total of 39 students and from IV BHMS total 57 students with the parents
reported on 28/01/2023
From II
BHMS a total of 46 students and from III BHMS total of 36 students reported to the PTSA
meeting on 30/01/2023.
