Fresher's day was organized for the 2022-23 BHMS batch by the seniors on 23.06.2023 in the Father Muller Auditorium.

KAIZENTIA - Kaizen is a Japanese term meaning change for the better or continuous improvement. Kaizen sees improvement in productivity as a gradual and methodical process. The concept of kaizen encompasses a wide range of ideas. It involves making the work environment more efficient and effective by creating a team atmosphere, improving everyday procedures, ensuring team members involvement, and making a job more fulfilling, less tiring, and safer.

The occasion was graced by Rev. Fr Roshan Crasta, Administrator, Rev. Fr Ashwin Crasta, Assistant Administrator, Rev. Fr John Vas, Chaplain, Dr Vilma Dsouza, Vice Principal and Dr Girish Navada Medical Superintendent, FMHMCH .

The fresher's were ushered a warm welcome by the seniors and lead into the auditorium. The programme began by invoking the blessings of the almighty with a prayer song. Mr Sriram class representative of II BHMS welcomed the august gathering.

As a token of love and greeting mementos were presented to the fresher's by the Vice-Principal, Assistant  Administrator and Administrator.

Rev Fr Roshan Crasta, Administrator in his message welcomed the fresher's and urged them to be like a Kaizen who strives to improve each day and to be unique having their own identity, creativity, use skills and talents for constructive purpose. He wished all the fresher's the best to become a noble doctor.

Ms Afreena of 1^st BHMS thanked the seniors and the management and delivered the vote of thanks.

Astounding and marvelous talents were displayed by the fresher's which enthralled the audience and created a delightful ambience.
