The Programme on Implementation (POI) began with Registration at 8.30a.m. Programme started with Prayer and followed by Inauguration at 9a.m. Rev Fr Vincent Saldanha Administrator, Father Muller Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital inaugurated the programme by lighting the lamp. Rev Fr Sylvester Lobo, Assistant Administrator, FMHMC&H, Dr K Narayan Pai, Resource faculty from NABH, Dr Shivaprasad K,Principal, Dr ESJ Prabhu Kiran, Vice Principal and Dr Girish Navada U K, Deputy Medical Superintendent were present. Dr Sreevals G Menon alternative faculty member instead of Dr Reji Kumar joined later for the session.

 35 members participated in the programme. Administrator and Asst. Administrator from the management were present during the session observing the proceedings. All the sessions were conducted as per the topic scheduled for the speakers. Group exercises and Individual exercises motivated the participants to be lively during the sessions.

Every days programme started with recapitulating the previous day’s activities.

Tea and lunch were arranged for the faculty members and all participants. Accommodation & Transport facility was provided to the faculty members and time schedule was very well maintained.

 Programme on Implementation (POI) was highly motivating and informative. Participants tried to clarify various issues regarding the Chapters, Standards & Documents. The POI ended with Valedictory programme on 27.05.2017 at 2.30p.m
