Free Medical Camp & Awareness Talk - Alangar 11.11.2021
Free Medical camp and
awareness talk on Healthy Life Style and Cancer Awareness was organised by Father Muller Homeopathic Medical College
in collaboration with C.O.D.P Moodbidri and
Lions Club for Self-help Group of women
& school children on 11.11.2021 at St
Thomas School premises, Alangar. Program started at 10:00 am. Margaret
Mascarenhas was the President of the program. Mr Lesley Dsouza, CODP &
Lidiya Moras co-ordinator of Women Empowerment Committee, Sr Linus, Superior of
Alangar Convent, Sr Sylvia and Sr Helen, Head Mistress of English & Kannada
Medium School respectively were present for the programme. Dr Anusha Gautham, Assistant
Professor, Community Medicine, FMHMC gave an awareness talk on healthy life
style and Cancer. 3 interns actively participated in the Medical Camp.
Haemoglobin & GRBS tests were done by lab Technician. 58 people were benefited by this camps. Camp concluded at 2:00 pm.
